Introduction

With the constant development of China's economy, our management team demonstrates the spirit of team work, makes aggressive efforts to meet the international standard, increasingly expands the company and leads it into a positive circle of development.During the long-term development, the company has formed a general-manager-cored accountability system. With equity fund-raising, the company created a new boardroom, thus giving new life to business management, product quality and technology development. Meanwhile, it makes full use of the power of the staff, so that they will join efforts and propose ideas for the development of the company. The company made elaborate planning and emphasized on input, introducing advanced Dutch flannel-spray household glove production line and US offline chlorination treatment equipment so as to ensure the improvement of product quality. Besides that, it has established some modern industrial factories to raise the production ability, while setting business goals and designing reasonable blueprints for the future.
Also, the management team cares much about the staff, actively improving their living standards, optimizing the working environment and making optimized deployment of the offices, which results in both higher efficiency and further communication with the outside world. Modern production requires modern logistics, so the company leverages the geographical advantage of being in the neighborhood of Shanghai, to continually extend into oversea market and open a window, through which Hong Yu, and its products, has become well-known to the world.

He's been engaged in craftwork technology and product quality area for over 20 years. He gained honors such as "Outstanding Technology Talent" of the city, "Technology Advance Award", "Suzhou Achievement Award", and "Jiangsu Province Award for Advanced Person". He's key manager and decision-maker of the company.

Introduction:Zhuang Jianfeng, engineer, joined the company when it was founded in 1982. Before taking up the position of production factory director, he had been engaged in technical work such as design and development of products. Modest, hard-working and diligent, he has successfully developed a series of rubber gloves, and gained "Achievement Award for Suzhou Twin-Cup Competition" and "Zhangjiagang Technology Advance Award" for several times. Depending on his more than 20 years' practical experience in rubber technology and under the supervision of the board, he, as production factory director, coordinates organically the personnel, production, craftwork, equipment and environment, guarantees the quality, increases the output, and adroitly runs the internal management, making the company climb to higher and higher levels.

She's quality control professional, with over 20 years' working experience in quality management. During more than a decade with the company, she's been working hard. Her study entitled "Clinical Trial Report on the Influence of Wear Product on Skin Protection" was published on magazine of US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and on authoritative magazines in Paris. She gained "Outstanding Achievements Award" for year on end. She's in charge of the effective operation of quality control and management system, which monitors all products in and out of the company. Under her management and the efforts contributed by other colleagues in the company, the quality control system is client-oriented, receives feedback from the client in time and sets the requirements of the clients as standard for the products, increasingly progressing in the PDCA circle. The products of the company have won CE and ISO9001 quality certificates successively.
